The service fee must be paid upfront for one year or set up for auto draft on the 1st of each month.

- The Composure Health Spa Membership Program is a monthly program based on 12 months per year.

- If the Member does not utilize a service for a particular month, that service is lost.

- Members may not roll services forward and cannot accumulate services.

- Members may not share services.

- Only the Member may use the service.
